Delivery terms

Orders can be picked up personally from Bucharest or Pitesti.
Delivery is done within 3 working days for all products in stock.
Delivery in the country or outside Romania is made by Romanian Post. The transit time depends on the delivery area and varies between 2 and 5 days.
For delivery outside Romania the transit time is 1-2 weeks.
After the products have been shipped, the system sends an email with all the necessary data to track the delivery.

Return terms

In case of any dissatisfaction, the product can be returned within 30 days of receiving it.
